His career is marked by significant contributions to the Financial Services industry, where he has established enduring connections with leading companies such as A-Plan, Hastings Direct, and GoCompare.com and he remains a respected figure in the corporate world.

Tom has been an investor and shareholder in Europa for over two decades.

Carl Shuker

Carl Shuker is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record of driving growth and success in the financial services and business sectors. Currently serving as Group CEO at Howdens, Carl has been an integral part of the A–Plan group (now Howdens) since the early 1980s.

Carl has been a valued Director and Shareholder at Europa Group since 2002.

Scott Salter

Since 2002, Scott has served as a Director and Shareholder at Europa Group, where he now holds the role of Non–Executive Chairman. Scott has extensive experience across the Financial Services sector and beyond.

Earlier in his career, Scott gained valuable experience at leading organisations including AXA and AIG, developing his experience in insurance and financial services. He later became the Co–Founder, Director, and Shareholder of the comparison platform GoCompare.com.

Beyond his work in financial services, Scott has collaborated with a variety of businesses across multiple industries, bringing his versatile expertise and leadership to diverse ventures.
