At Europa Group, we have an in-house Learning and Development Team that are responsible for all our training processes including our two-week induction for new starters and the development of Management. Our training approach can be flexible to match all individual learning styles. We look to support staff in many ways including training sessions, one to one coaching and development and educating through our E-learning programme.
Our E-learning programme has over 100 courses for staff to further their knowledge to aid them in their daily roles. This programme has been on the receiving end of the 2017 Positive Business Impact of the Year award.
We offer the opportunity for staff to develop their careers through various courses from CII's to Diplomas, as we understand the importance that lies through investing in our people.
